By deploying a hybrid simulation architecture, a discrete-event model was developed in AnyLogic to analyze beverage preparation workflows, while a system dynamics framework was built in Vensim to stabilize the demand-supply and overstock equilibrium. The project integrated conceptual modeling via Activity Cycle Diagrams and Causal Loop Diagrams, statistical distribution verification using EasyFit, and root-cause analysis with Fishbone diagrams. By implementing targeted operational scenario adjustments—specifically operator skill enhancements and brewing equipment upgrades—the system successfully slashed average cup preparation time from 273.46 seconds to 228.31 seconds (**16.51%** efficiency increase) and elevated daily output from 112 units to 136 units.
